Your technician will provide you with a 5-digit code, input the code and click the button to proceed.
The remote support client will download after a moment. When complete, click the file to join the session.

All connections are encrypted with 256-bit AES encryption, the same standard used by banks and financial institutions.
You can see everything our technician does and can end the session at any time by closing the program.
