IT and Network Support Services

Note on Technical Support:
All of our services include 2 hours of remote technical support per month for the enrolled service.
Additional support beyond the initial 2 hours is billed at the following rates:

  • During Regular Business Hours (8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, Central Time): $30 per hour
  • Outside of Regular Business Hours: $50 per hour

Non-Enrolled Service Rates:
For clients not enrolled in the service associated with the support provided, the billing rates are as follows:

  • During Regular Business Hours: $110 per hour
  • Emergency Support Outside of Regular Hours: $159 per hour

  • Monthly Billing: All services listed in this table are billed on a monthly basis for your convenience.

  • Connectivity Disclaimer: While we strive to provide top-notch network services, it's important to note that we do not provide internet service directly. Therefore, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, as it is subject to your internet service provider's performance and reliability.

Note on VoIP Extensions

Standard Extensions vs. Shared Extensions

When it comes to our VoIP services, it's important to understand the difference between Standard Extensions and Shared Extensions.

  • Standard Extensions: A Standard Extension is a unique phone line with its own extension number (e.g., Ext. 101). One standard license is required to receive service and create the first extension. Additional standard licenses will create additional unique extensions (e.g., Ext. 102, Ext. 103, etc.).

  • Shared Extensions: Shared Extensions allow multiple devices (up to 9 additional devices) to share an existing standard extension. This means that all shared devices can operate independently but will share the same extension number (e.g., Ext. 101a, 101b, Ext. 102a, 102b, etc.).

Business Example: In a small doctor's office, each exam room might have its own standard extension (e.g., Ext. 101, Ext. 102, etc.) for individualized service. The front desk, however, could have a standard extension (Ext. 100) with shared extensions like 100a, 100b, etc., allowing multiple front desk employees to answer calls routed to Ext. 100.

Business SMS

Note on Business SMS:

  1. 10DLC Campaign: Businesses enrolling in Business SMS services must qualify for and enroll in a 10DLC campaign, including a one-time fee listed in the table below.
  2. Message Limit: The service comes with 1,000 messages per month. Additional charges for extra messages are currently not enforced.
  3. Opt-Out: Message recipients have the option to opt-out of receiving SMS messages. Clients can enroll and unenroll at will; however, 10DLC charges apply each time a campaign is enrolled.
  4. Data Rates: Standard data rates may apply when using the Business SMS service.
  5. Service Limitations: The service is subject to network availability and may not be available in all areas.
  6. Privacy Assurance: Clinic Networking, LLC does not have access to any SMS records sent or received through the Business SMS service.
